Quote log — the printable queue for every quote you’re still waiting on
One row per quote sent and not yet decided — client, amount, the date it goes stale, and a chase column for each stage — so a quote gone quiet shows up on a list, not just in memory.
This is a blank quote log — a form meant to be printed and filled in by hand. The table cells and blank lines below are intentionally empty.
Quote Log
| Client | Job & amount | Date sent | Expiry | Chase 1 | Decision ask | Outcome |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
- Day sent — state the expiry date on the quote
- About 3 days — delivery check
- About 7 days — decision ask
- On the expiry date — one last note, then stop
- No answer by expiry — close it out
These are shared with the invoice and quote generators and the template packs, too — nothing here is sent to us. See or clear all your saved details on the free tools page.

How to use this sheet
Start a row the day you send a quote, while the amount and the expiry date are already decided. Write the expiry date in straight away — it is what turns your next follow-up into a stated fact instead of a guess at when to chase.
Tick the chase and decision-ask columns off as each one actually happens, rather than leaving them blank until you remember. A glance down the sheet on a slow morning tells you exactly which quotes are due a chase today, without reopening every message thread.
The outcome column is the step most quote tracking skips. The day a quote is won, lost, or reaches its expiry with no answer, write it in and stop chasing that row. A quote left blank in this column is a stale quote still sitting in your pipeline, making your workload look bigger than it is.
The legend under the table is lifted straight from chasing a quote you sent, so the cadence is on the page even when the guide isn’t open. For the same arithmetic on screen — a pipeline total, a chase order, and pipeline times win rate — the quote pipeline check runs it live; this sheet is for running the whole quote list on paper.

One sheet works. Six jobs at once is where paper stops.
This sheet is genuinely free to reuse forever — print it as many times as the job needs. BizBinder is for the point after that: when the same client, job, and invoice details need to live somewhere they can’t be left behind on a job site, and the follow-up they’re waiting on doesn’t depend on you remembering which pile it’s in.
