Inventory or purchase orders

BizBinder tracks jobs and invoices, not stock levels or supplier ordering. Materials go on the job as a line item. Real stock control belongs in an accounting suite or a dedicated inventory tool.

Yes. BizBinder is free for the entire early-access period. It needs no credit card and has no trial countdown.

What happens when early access ends?

We move to one flat rate for everything: $12/mo for founding members who joined during early access, $19/mo after. We’ll email you before anything changes.

Is $12/mo per user or per business?

Flat, per business. One rate covers your whole business. There is no per-seat fee.

Do you charge per invoice, per client, or per job?

No. Unlimited invoices, clients, and jobs are all included in the one flat rate.

Do my clients pay anything, or need an account?

No. Clients get an email and a simple link. They never need a login, a password, or an app.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You can sign up and use BizBinder free through early access without entering payment details.

Can I cancel, and do I get my data out?

Yes to both. Cancel any time, and export your clients, jobs, and invoices whenever you like. Leaving costs nothing.
