What’s not in the binder

Honest, on purpose.

BizBinder doesn’t try to be everything. Here’s what’s out of scope for the price above, and where to go instead — see the full comparison if you’re not sure it’s the right category for your business.

Full double-entry bookkeeping or payroll

That’s your accountant’s job. Export clean records from BizBinder at tax time instead of reconstructing a year from memory and receipts.

Inventory or purchase orders

BizBinder tracks jobs and invoices, not stock levels or supplier ordering. Materials go on the job as a line item; if you need real stock control, that belongs in an accounting suite or a dedicated inventory tool.

Crew dispatch, routing, or multi-tech scheduling

If you’re dispatching several techs across job sites and routes, a field-service platform fits better than a quoting-and-invoicing tool.

A heavyweight support desk

The requests inbox is a light list of customer asks — not ticket queues, SLAs, and macros. If you need a real help desk for your customers, that’s a dedicated support tool. Our own support to you is email from a human, not a ticket number.

Per-seat enterprise pricing

One flat rate for your whole business, not a price that climbs with every teammate. If you need per-seat licensing and procurement paperwork, you’re looking for an enterprise platform — this is built for sole operators and small teams.

What you’re paying today

Something to weigh it against.

Most solo operators are already carrying one of these costs — so $12/mo has something real to sit against. Work out what your own hour is worth with the rate calculator, or what a slow payer costs you with the late-fee calculator.

What a solo operator typically already pays for admin
What Typical cost
An invoicing or accounting subscription $30–$60+/mo, often per-user
A field-service platform $50–$300+/mo, scales with crew size
The spreadsheet Free — plus the evenings spent maintaining it
Your own admin hours Unpriced — the line nobody puts a number on

Pricing FAQ

The money questions, answered.

Is it really free right now?
Yes. BizBinder is free for the entire early-access period — no credit card, no trial countdown.
What happens when early access ends?
We move to one flat rate for everything: $12/mo for founding members who joined during early access, $19/mo after. We’ll email you before anything changes.
Is $12/mo per user or per business?
Flat, per business. One rate covers your whole business — no per-seat games.
Do you charge per invoice, per client, or per job?
No. Unlimited invoices, clients, and jobs are all included in the one flat rate.
Do my clients pay anything, or need an account?
No. Clients get an email and a simple link — never a login, a password, or an app to install.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can sign up and use BizBinder free through early access without entering payment details.
Can I cancel, and do I get my data out?
Yes to both. Cancel any time, and export your clients, jobs, and invoices whenever you like — no penalty for leaving.
What isn’t included for the price?
Full double-entry bookkeeping, payroll, inventory, purchase orders, crew dispatch and routing, and a heavyweight support desk — see the full breakdown below, and how BizBinder compares to the alternatives.
Is anything free forever?
Yes — every guide, every template, and every calculator under /tools/ is free with no signup and no email required, whether or not you ever use BizBinder itself.
Why one price instead of tiers?
Because you’d smell it a mile off. BizBinder is for people who read every line on a quote — so the pricing works like your own: one number, in writing, no surprises. You’re not a ticket number — there aren’t enough of you yet.
