The site and free tools

BizBinder’s marketing site, guides, templates, and the free tools under /tools/ are provided as-is, with no uptime or accuracy guarantee. We build them carefully and fix things when they’re wrong, but we can’t promise a calculator or a generator will be flawless for every situation — check the numbers before you send them to a client.

Not legal, tax, or financial advice

The guides, calculators, and templates on this site are general information for running a small service business — not legal, tax, or financial advice for your specific situation. Where a guide or calculator cites a rate, a statute, or a rule of thumb (interest rates, what to charge, payment terms), treat it as a starting point to check against your own jurisdiction and contract, not a final answer. When you need advice for your actual business, talk to an accountant or a lawyer.

The templates are yours

Everything in the template packs is yours to copy, adapt, and send to your own clients, under your own name — no attribution required, no license to sign.

Early access isn’t a contract

Signing up for early access is free and doesn’t obligate you to anything, and it doesn’t obligate us to any particular feature or date. The prices on the pricing page — $12/mo for founding members, $19/mo standard — are what we plan to launch at. The founding rate is locked for life once you’re in: join during early access and your rate never rises. What could still move before early access ends is the number itself, and we’ll email you before anything about pricing changes.

The marks and the copy

“BizBinder,” the wordmark, and the site’s copy and design belong to us. You’re welcome to link to us or quote a guide with attribution; you’re not licensed to republish the site itself or use the BizBinder name for something else.
