Lead source check

Add a row per source — a listing, a social page, a paid lead site, a referral, anywhere else work comes from. Type the enquiries, jobs won, money invoiced, money spent, and hours spent for each. Updates live as you type. No signup, nothing saved, nothing sent anywhere.

This tool runs entirely in your browser. We never receive the client names and amounts you type. We never store them. They are gone when you close the tab. Why we can say that →

Source Enquiries Jobs won Invoiced Spent Hours Remove

Used to price the hours spent chasing each source's enquiries.

Anyone who got in touch where you genuinely don't know how they found you.

Name at least one source above to see its numbers.

This only totals the numbers you typed in. It does not know a normal cost per lead or a typical win rate for your trade — it ranks the sources you gave it against each other, nothing more.

Want the method behind reading these numbers? Read where your next job comes from. Need the wording to ask a new enquiry where they found you? See the getting-found scripts, or all free tools.

Why a source needs a name before it counts

A row with numbers but no name has nothing to rank against the rest — this tool only opens a source's results once you've named it, whatever else is typed. Everything else treats a typed 0 as a real answer, never the same as a blank field.

Why cost per won job, not cost per enquiry

A source with a low cost per enquiry can still be the most expensive way to win a job, if hardly any of its enquiries convert. Dividing total cost — money plus your own hours, priced at your target rate — by jobs actually won is what makes the ranking honest.

Common questions

Why rank by cost per won job instead of enquiries or cost per lead?

An enquiry count flatters a source that is easy to click and hard to close. Cost per won job divides what a source cost by the jobs it won. The cost is money plus your own hours at your target rate.

What if a source has enquiries but no jobs won yet?

It still shows its win rate and its cost so far. It drops out of the cost-per-won-job ranking, because you cannot divide by zero jobs. Give it more time before you judge it against the rest.

What counts as hours spent on a source?

Count the time the source itself creates. That means answering its enquiries, following up, and managing a listing or profile. Time spent doing the job it wins belongs to the job, not to the source.

Why is there a field for enquiries I can’t attribute to any source?

Some enquiries come with no clear source. If you left them out, you would hide part of your pipeline. Type them in the separate field. The tool counts them in your total enquiries and does not give them to a source.

Want every inquiry and job in one place?

BizBinder does not track where a client heard about you, and it does not count lead sources. What it does do is keep every inquiry and every job in one place from the moment it lands, whatever brought it in.
