For busy professionals running a small business

Your whole business, one binder.

Jobs, invoices, customer requests, and your client book — kept in one tidy place, so the admin runs itself while you do the actual work. Invoices go out on schedule, reminders chase themselves, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Tab 01 The problem

You didn’t start a business to do admin.

But there it is — every evening, every weekend. Invoices to write, payments to chase, requests scattered across texts, emails, and the back of your hand. The work is fine. The filing is the problem.

Tab 02 What’s inside

Four dividers. The whole admin side.

Not an ERP. Not seventeen modules. Just the four things every small business actually needs to keep straight — done properly, and talking to each other.

01 Invoices

Invoices that send themselves

Set it once — weekly, monthly, or when a job wraps. BizBinder drafts the invoice, sends it on schedule, and follows up politely so you never have to write the awkward “just checking in on that invoice” email again.

  • Scheduled & recurring invoices
  • Automatic payment reminders
  • Paid / unpaid at a glance
02 Jobs

Every job, from ask to invoiced

A request comes in; it becomes a job. Quote it, work it, finish it, bill it — one card that moves through the pipeline, with notes, photos, and time against it. No more “wait, did we ever quote that?”

  • Quote → in progress → done → billed
  • Notes, time & materials per job
  • This-week view of what’s due
03 Requests

Customer asks, in one tidy list

Texts, emails, calls — the asks land everywhere. Give customers one place to reach you, and yourself one list to answer from. Light support that feels personal, without a help-desk bolted to your ankle.

  • One inbox for customer requests
  • Replies tracked against the client
  • Nothing slips — everything has a status
04 Clients

A client book that remembers

Every client on file: what you did for them, what they paid, what they asked, what you quoted. Walk into every conversation knowing the whole history — like you have a great memory, without needing one.

  • Contacts, history & notes together
  • Past jobs and invoices per client
  • Light CRM, zero ceremony

Tab 03 How it works

A week with the binder.

The whole product in one loop: request → job → work → invoice → paid. Here’s how it feels in an ordinary week.

  1. 01 Monday

    A request comes in

A customer emails, texts, or uses your request page. It lands in BizBinder as a request — client attached, history right there.

  2. 02 Tuesday

    It becomes a job

One click turns the ask into a job. Quote it if you need to; the quote and the “yes” live on the job card.

  3. 03 Thursday

    You do the work

The part you’re actually good at. Jot time, materials, and notes against the job as you go — or don’t; it’s light, not bossy.

  4. 04 Friday

    The invoice sends itself

Mark the job done and the invoice goes out — or joins the monthly run. Reminders follow up automatically until it’s paid.

  5. 05 Saturday

    You’re off

No spreadsheet session. No “who owes me what.” The binder is up to date because keeping it that way was never your job.

Tab 04 Pricing

Tab 05 Common questions

The questions everyone asks first.

Before you hand over your business, you’d want straight answers. Here they are, no fine print hiding underneath.

Is BizBinder really free right now, and can I cancel any time?
Yes — free for the whole early access period, no credit card and no trial countdown. When early access ends we move to one flat rate for everything ($12/mo for founding members, $19/mo after), and you can cancel whenever you like — nothing you’ve entered gets held hostage.
Do I need to be technical to set this up?
No. If you can use email and fill out a form, you can run BizBinder. There’s no setup wizard to survive and nothing to integrate before you start — you sign up, add a client, and you’re working.
Can I get my data out if I ever leave? Am I locked in?
Your data is yours. Export your clients, jobs, and invoices whenever you like, in formats you can actually open elsewhere — no support ticket required, no waiting period, no penalty for leaving.
Does BizBinder replace my accountant?
No, and it’s not trying to. BizBinder keeps your jobs and invoices straight so the numbers are right, then you export clean records to your accountant or bookkeeper at tax time instead of reconstructing a year from memory and receipts.
Do my clients need to make an account?
No. Clients get emails, invoices, and a simple request page — never a login, a password, or an app to install. One more account is one more thing they’d resent you for.
Can I bring over my existing spreadsheet or QuickBooks data?
Yes. Import your client list and job history from a spreadsheet or an export from QuickBooks, so you’re not re-typing years of history by hand to get started.
Is my clients’ data secure and private?
It’s your clients’ information, sitting in your binder. We don’t sell it, share it, or use it to train anything else—it stays yours, treated with the same care you’d want for your own business.
